Therapy that supports you to get in touch with your inner wisdom and bloom to your full potential

Jessica Rain Mandy, therapist

Hello, I'm Jess.

Therapist and founder of the Sage & Bloom Practice.

I have supported people with their mental health for over 7 years in different charities and organisations. As an integrative psychotherapist, I draw on different therapeutic approaches to best meet your needs - Find out more here.

At the heart of my practice is the ethos that all people are striving for growth but sometimes we need support to navigate the obstacles that are preventing us from reaching our full potential.

I offer therapy to women and non-binary humans using a self-determined sliding scale in affirming my belief that mental health support should be accessible.

I have an additional interest in working with people who have migrated from where they were born, this could be across continents, countries or cities. This stems from a lived experience and respect for how our cultural background impacts our sense of identity and belonging.

Gentle, sustained support for those struggling with low mood, or a loss of meaning — helping you reconnect with yourself.

Anxiety & Stress

Exploring the roots of anxiety and finding practical, compassionate ways to manage the overwhelm of daily stress and worry.

Life transitions

Support through periods of change, helping you navigate uncertainty with clarity and care.

Grief & Loss

A compassionate space to process bereavement and all forms of loss — whether a relationship, identity, health, or way of life.

Identity & Belonging

Building a more compassionate relationship with yourself — exploring self-worth, confidence, cultural roots and a stronger sense of who you are.

Therapy that fits
around you

Every person who comes to me is unique, and our work together will reflect that. Your struggles and strengths will be considered holistically in the context of where you are now, where you have been, and where you would like to go.

As an Integrative Psychotherapist, I draw from person-centred, psychodynamic, psychosocial and cognitive behavioural approaches.

What does this mean?

At the heart of my work is the understanding that we are all, moving towards growth even if at times we feel disconnected or unsure of how to move forward. Therapy offers a space to reconnect with that inner direction.

Together, we can begin to understand how patterns shape your relationship with yourself and with others by paying attention to the influences of early relationships, unconscious patterns, and the protective ways you have learned to cope.

Recognising that identity is also shaped through culture and wider lived experiences.

Understanding the link between thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. So that you can expand your toolset for responding differently to the challenges of everyday life through the use of practical mindfulness based techniques.

Technical terms aside, whatever you're navigating, I'm here as a human to walk alongside you. To support you to re-connect with yourself so that real change becomes possible.
