Counselling & Psychotherapy
Introduction
Therapist and founder of the Sage & Bloom Practice.
I have supported people with their mental health for over 7 years. I provide integrative psychotherapy online and in South East London for women and non-binary people. I have a particular interest in working with people who have moved from where they were born, this could be across continents, countries or cities.
I understand that finding yourself on this page means that life might be feeling difficult right now. Therapy is one of the best gifts I have ever given myself and its impact continues to shape my life in positive ways, including the decision to become a therapist. My hope is to provide you with a space where you will be met with empathy for the challenges that have brought you here and the hopeful knowing that growth is within your reach.

How I Can Help
Understanding patterns in how you relate to others — improving communication, boundaries, and connection with those who matter.
Gentle, sustained support for those struggling with low mood, or a loss of meaning — helping you reconnect with yourself.
Exploring the roots of anxiety and finding practical ways to manage the overwhelm of daily stress and worry.
Support through periods of change, helping you navigate uncertainty with clarity and care.
A compassionate space to process bereavement and loss in all it's forms — whether that's a relationship or chapter of life.
Building a more compassionate relationship with yourself — exploring self-worth, confidence, cultural roots and a stronger sense of who you are.
My Approach
Every person who comes to me is unique, and our work together will reflect that. Your struggles and strengths will be considered holistically in the context of where you are now, where you have been, and where you would like to go.
As an Integrative Psychotherapist, I draw from person-centred, psychodynamic, psychosocial and cognitive behavioural approaches.
What does this mean?
At the heart of my work is the understanding that we are all, moving towards growth even if at times we feel disconnected or unsure of how to move forward. Therapy offers a space to reconnect with that inner direction.
Together, we can begin to understand how patterns shape your relationship with yourself and with others by paying attention to the influences of early relationships, unconscious patterns, and the protective ways you have learned to cope.
Recognising that identity is also shaped through culture and wider lived experiences.
Understanding the link between thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. So that you can expand your toolset for responding differently to the challenges of everyday life through the use of practical mindfulness based techniques.
Technical terms aside, whatever you're navigating, I'm here as a human to walk alongside you. To support you to re-connect with yourself so that real change becomes possible.
